Systems that make outcomes repeatable

I have owned Baird Orthodontics in Pleasanton since 2013. I am also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the orthodontic department at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. I direct the didactic courses in Clear Aligner Treatment and Principles of Orthodontics.

I am a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider and Align Faculty. I served on Align Technology's advisory board from 2022 to 2025. I test Align software in pilot, months before general release. Live Update, Invisalign Personalized Plan, CBCT integration and video simulation all came through that work. My published research covers transverse stability with clear aligners and expanders in the mixed dentition.

Excellent outcomes should not depend on how much time a case is given. They should be repeatable. That is what makes it possible to run a practice, teach, lecture, and still be home.
