Send me the case. I will plan it and walk you through it on a short video before anything is approved.
Before you submit
- Create the patient in IDS and upload an iTero scan and photos. No PVS impressions.
- Initiate Care Connect so the case reaches my account.
- Fill out the form below so I know it's there and what you're hoping to achieve.

What happens next
I open the case, plan it, and send you a short video walking through the plan. We agree on the treatment plan and Invisalign product before the case is approved.
There is no planning fee unless the case is approved.
